Every plan is different. Most combine the following.
At the first visit we check how you move, your strength and the painful area, to find where the problem comes from.
Joint mobilisation and soft tissue techniques to ease pain and help you move more freely.
Strength, mobility and balance exercises, matched to the problem and to your pace.
We use modern equipment where it helps. It supports exercise; it does not replace it.
You leave with a few simple exercises and clear instructions, so you keep improving between sessions.
How to sit, how to lift and how to get back to work or sport step by step.
We talk, examine and explain the problem. Treatment usually starts the same day.
We agree on goals, roughly how many sessions you need and how often.
Every session is one-to-one. We check your progress and adjust the plan when needed.
The aim is for you to carry on by yourself, with an exercise routine you know how to do.
We are a GeSY provider. With a referral from your personal doctor or a specialist, you pay €10 per visit. Private appointments need no referral.

It depends on the problem and how long you have had it. After the first assessment we give you an estimate and review it as we go.
Some exercises or techniques can feel uncomfortable, but we do not push through strong pain. Tell us how it feels and we adjust.
